Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, roofing, drywall, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers and team.
• Ability to manage multiple repairs and prioritize tasks under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Inspect building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, electrical, plumbing) to ensure operation within design specs.
• Perform day-to-day repairs, emergency maintenance, and preventive maintenance on properties.
• Oversee work by outside contractors and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Maintain lighting systems and replace bulbs/lamps as needed.
• Process work orders and ensure proper paperwork completion and record-keeping.
