You will work with property management to perform preventive maintenance, repair services, and ensure a safe environment for tenants and visitors. The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, experience with HVAC systems, and familiarity with Building Automation Systems.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years maintaining equipment and systems in commercial buildings.
• High-level mechanical skills and abilities with HVAC equipment.
• Experience: operating, troubleshooting, maintaining, installing, and repairing equipment.
• Basic technology skills to manage work order apps and Building Automation Systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform building and systems inspections and modify building systems as needed.
• Complete Preventive and Corrective Maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with vendors to complete contracted work orders.
• Maintain records, reports, and evaluations; provide maintenance recommendations.
• Identify and order parts, materials, and supplies as needed.
• Manage Building Management System (BMS)/Energy Management System (EMS) as directed.
• Keep engineering spaces clean and safe.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Perform related work as required.
