Job summary

CCS Facility Services in Lipan, TX is seeking a Building Engineer I to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on building systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation of the property.

You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, and related systems under supervision, participate in on-call rotations, and maintain accurate records while complying with all codes and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in building operation/maintenance preferred
• Universal EPA Refrigerant Handler License required
• NATE Certified HVAC Technician
• Refrigeration Operating Engineer or Stationary Engineer License required

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on building systems.
• Ensures compliance with codes, regulations and safety policies.
• Assists with electrical, HVAC and life-safety system maintenance.
• Coordinates with management and subcontractors as needed.
• Responds to after-hours emergencies per on-call procedures.
• Maintains records of work orders and inspections.
