Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of building engineering or related experience.
• HVAC/R, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing focus.
• EPA certification required; additional related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, structural, and life-safety systems.
• Keep building systems up to applicable codes and standards.
• Manage energy with an active energy management program.
