Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a dedicated Building Engineer for a large Class A office building in Kennesaw, GA. You will operate and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems under the Chief Engineer, ensuring efficient operations and tenant satisfaction.
The role requires 2 years of building engineering experience, a valid driver's license, and availability for weekend and after-hours work.
Qualifications
- 2 years of technical building engineering experience (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Must possess valid DL
- Ability to work overtime on weekends and after hours for emergencies
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain HVAC and MEP systems.
- Maintain positive tenant relations with prompt, courteous response to requests.
- Assist in on-call emergency coverage and building operations.
- Support safety and environmental compliance with laws and codes.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders.
- Assist in parts ordering, stocking, and inventory as directed.
