Job summary

Responsibilities

• Become proficient with Yardi Facility Manager.
• Maintain the overall condition of the building and equipment.
• Perform routine inspections of common areas, tenant spaces, and exteriors.
• Operate the Building Management System (BMS) and monitor sequences.
• Read As-Builds and MEP drawings.
• Investigate and respond to maintenance requests.
• Keep records and reports up to date.
• Assist with life safety systems and associated shutdowns/restoration.
• Be available for on-call nights, weekends, and holidays.
