The role requires 3+ years of building or engineering experience, a solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in building/property maintenance or engineering.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and energy management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and on-call availability.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks, including repairs such as painting and signage.
• Maintain daily operating logs for cooling towers, boilers, and meters.
• Ensure building systems and tenant service requests are handled cost-effectively.
• Respond to client requests and prioritize work orders.
