• Knowledge of Facility Management (FM) practices and the ability to oversee operational needs cohesively.
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Maintenance in High Rise Commercial Buildings preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in related fields preferred.
