You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, respond to work orders, document operations, and help ensure compliance with safety and environmental laws while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC or related mechanical experience; training provided
• Ability to read and follow equipment manuals and schedules
• Proficiency with testing equipment (meters, sensors)
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tool usage
• Ability to identify equipment issues using senses
• Understanding and use of PPE
• Strong math, computer literacy, and data recording skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Professional demeanor and composure under pressure

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate buildings to meet standards and tenant experience
• Respond to tenant inquiries and property work orders promptly
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems
• Adjust HVAC distribution and controls to resolve work orders
• Maintain operation logs for central plant, chemicals, and inspections
• Ensure safety procedures and environmental compliance
• Participate in training to stay sharp and current
