Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; licenses may be required locally.
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire and life safety systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program and ensure efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for hazardous materials; keep a safe workplace.
• Review building systems to ensure operation within design specifications.
• Apply knowledge to accomplish complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge; lead by example.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.

Education
