Formación

• Maintains and operates complex mechanical and electrical (MEP) systems and life-safety systems in a large commercial building.
• Performs demand and preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and renovations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborates with tenants, vendors, and consultants to support facilities projects.

Responsabilidades

• Operates, maintains, and performs preventive and demand maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and data systems.
• On shift, has sole responsibility for critical building systems; maintains BAS and robotics equipment.
• Performs general trades in a large commercial building.
• Supports facilities projects as assigned.
• Provides customer service by responding to requests and resolving issues.
• Coordinates and guides consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Communicates system status clearly and promptly.
