Job summary

You will work with a team to support large commercial facilities, coordinate with contractors, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding safety standards and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical training in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrician, or Electronics with 5+ years related experience, or a HS diploma with 7+ years of related work experience.
• Professional licenses or certifications (HVAC related or Electrical).

Responsibilities

• Operates, maintains, and performs preventive maintenance on the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, electronics, life-safety systems, and building premises.
• Maintains Building Automation Systems (BAS), Robotic Systems, and production and office equipment.
• Performs general trades as related to construction and maintenance of a large commercial building.
• Supports all Facilities projects as assigned.
• Provides customer service by responding, troubleshooting, and taking corrective action to resolve customer requests and complaints.
• Coordinates and guides consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Communicates status of systems and equipment clearly to Facilities’ team members, contractors, and appropriate customers.
• Adheres to attendance policies through regular and prompt attendance.
