Job summary

The position is full-time, on-site, with responsibilities including preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and coordination with consultants and vendors.

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical training in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical or electronics with 5+ years of related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with 7+ years of related experience; professional license or certifications are preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and systems; ability to interpret construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Operates, maintains, and performs preventive and demand maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, and BAS systems.
• When on shift, acts as the sole operator for critical building systems and coordinates with BAS, Robotic Systems, and office equipment.
• Performs general trades for construction and maintenance of a large commercial building.
• Supports Facilities projects and provides customer service by resolving requests and issues.
• Coordinates with consultants, contractors, and vendors and communicates system status clearly.
