Job summary

Accesso seeks a Facilities Technician to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC systems, and respond to tenant service calls. The role requires coordinating work orders, PMs, and repairs while maintaining professional communication with tenants and contractors.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in commercial maintenance, familiarity with INET BAS is preferred, and strong Microsoft Office skills to document tasks and track issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in commercial building maintenance or closely related field with some project supervision experience.
• INET BAS familiarity is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate routine building maintenance tasks
• Respond to tenant service calls and provide after-hours on-call support
• Operate and troubleshoot HVAC systems and controls
• Complete daily work orders, PMs and repair records
• Interact professionally with tenant Facility personnel and contracted service providers
• Maintain communication and service rapport with customers and co-workers
• Assist in coordinating access, lighting, life safety and other building systems
