Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor the building automation system
- Provide preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment is properly installed and maintained
- Manage inventory of critical building maintenance supplies
- Respond to emergency situations
- Perform general repairs and maintenance
- Perform all physical tasks required, including bending, lifting, reaching, and pulling heavy mechanical equipment
Perform all duties safely, following safety procedures.
Qualifications
Must Have Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Boiler operations license
- HVAC refrigerant license
- Centrifugal Chiller experience
- Fire panel experience
- Physical plant experience
- Ability to make independent and sound judgment decisions within policy and procedures
- Attention to detail and satisfactory literacy, documentation, communication, interpersonal skills, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly without supervision
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with team members, vendors, and the public
- Meet insurer requirements to drive a company vehicle:
- No recent traffic violations
- No at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- Valid driver’s license not denied, suspended, or revoked in the last 3 years
- No DUI convictions in the last 3 years
