Responsibilities
  • Maintain and monitor the building automation system
  • Provide preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
  • Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment is properly installed and maintained
  • Manage inventory of critical building maintenance supplies
  • Respond to emergency situations
  • Perform general repairs and maintenance
  • Perform all physical tasks required, including bending, lifting, reaching, and pulling heavy mechanical equipment

Perform all duties safely, following safety procedures.

Qualifications

Must Have Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Boiler operations license
  • HVAC refrigerant license
  • Centrifugal Chiller experience
  • Fire panel experience
  • Physical plant experience
  • Ability to make independent and sound judgment decisions within policy and procedures
  • Attention to detail and satisfactory literacy, documentation, communication, interpersonal skills, and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly without supervision
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with team members, vendors, and the public
  1. Meet insurer requirements to drive a company vehicle:
  2. No recent traffic violations
  3. No at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
  4. Valid driver’s license not denied, suspended, or revoked in the last 3 years
  5. No DUI convictions in the last 3 years
