Parkside is looking for a Building Engineer! This position will:

• Perform preventative maintenance on generator and other preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Assist in the operation of boilers, chillers, air handling units and other apparatus as qualified.
• Complete painting and carpentry duties.
• Complete periodic safety inspections of all buildings and grounds as assigned.
• Assist with testing of the Fire Alarm Systems.
• Maintain parking areas, sidewalks and exterior of all buildings as assigned.
• Moves furniture and equipment as assigned.
• Make entries into appropriate logs as instructed on a timely basis.
• Follow agency policies and procedures.
• Provide a safe environment for clients and staff, including being aware of and documenting unusual incidents.
• Complete work orders in a timely fashion.
• Other duties as assigned.

Building Engineer
