Position: Building Custodian

Location: Will work at both dealer locations, Norfolk & Hampton VA

Responsibilities:

• Cleans the building and grounds by clearing trash and debris
• Keeps the grass mowed, trimmed, and edged
• Maintains professional standards through cleaning, trash collection, and organization
• Sanitizes touch points throughout the dealership
• Keeps service bays clean and trash taken out
• Cleans and details dealership vehicles and inventory as needed
• Will be trained as backup Parts Delivery Driver and in Warehouse operations

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively
• Basic computer knowledge
• Forklift certified or willing to be trained
• Ability to lift heavy items (30-50 lbs)
• Pass a background check and drug test
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
