Job summary

Ampla Health is seeking an experienced Building Coordinator to support construction and maintenance across clinic sites. The role covers tenant improvements, general remodeling, and facility upkeep, reporting to the Building Operations Manager.

Requirements include 5+ years in construction (TI or HVAC), ability to read blueprints, strong communication, and a CA driver's license with ability to travel to sites. Lifting up to 75 lbs and outdoor work are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience (TI, general trades, or HVAC).
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete TI and remodeling projects (framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, cabinets).
• Read blueprints, maintain project timelines, ensure quality control.
• Assist with facility repairs and maintenance.
• Track budgets, materials, and project reports.
• Maintain safe, clean job sites and proper use of tools and vehicles.
