Job summary

Ampla Health in Yuba City, CA is seeking an experienced Building Coordinator to support construction and maintenance across clinic sites. Reporting to the Building Operations Manager, you will handle tenant improvements, general construction, remodeling, and facility upkeep.

Responsibilities include completing TI/remodeling projects, reading blueprints, tracking budgets, scheduling, and maintaining safe, clean sites with proper use of tools and vehicles. Travel to clinic sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience in TI or general trades.
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills (Word/Excel).
• Valid CA driver's license and ability to travel to clinic sites.
• Physical ability to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors.

• Complete TI and remodeling projects (framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, etc.).
• Read blueprints, maintain project timelines, and ensure quality control.
• Assist with facility repairs and maintenance.
• Track budgets, materials, and project reports.
