Job summary

Ampla Health is seeking an experienced Building Coordinator to support construction and maintenance projects across our clinic sites in Yuba City, CA. The role involves tenant improvements, remodeling and facility upkeep, reporting to the Building Operations Manager.

You will read blueprints, manage timelines, coordinate with contractors, track budgets and reports, and ensure safe, high-quality work on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience (TI, general trades, or HVAC).
• Advanced knowledge in at least one area: framing, plumbing/electrical, or HVAC.
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer skills (Word/Excel).
• Valid CA driver’s license and ability to travel to clinic sites.

Responsibilities

• Complete TI and remodeling projects (framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, etc.).
• Read blueprints, maintain project timelines, and ensure quality control.
• Assist with facility repairs and maintenance.
• Track budgets, materials, and project reports.
• Maintain safe, clean job sites and ensure proper use of tools and vehicles.
