SJ Mobilita is seeking an experienced Building Controls Service Technician to service commercial facilities throughout Connecticut. You will work at customer sites to diagnose, repair, and optimize BAS and HVAC control systems, ensuring reliable performance and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Building Automation or HVAC controls.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel to CT locations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair BAS/DDC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building automation and HVAC control systems.
• Calibrate controllers, sensors, actuators, and other field devices.
• Troubleshoot BAS communication networks and control system issues.
• Commission system upgrades, modifications, and expansions.
• Support system startups and verify proper operation.
• Provide customers with guidance and training on system operation.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Respond to emergency service calls when required.
