Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. client seeks an experienced Building Automation Systems (BAS) technician to support commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and building management systems.

You will troubleshoot direct digital control systems, perform maintenance, commissioning, and retrofit projects, and provide technical support to HVAC technicians. A valid driver's license and BAS/HVAC experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Technical training and 5+ years of equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
• Required license(s) and/or training card as required by local law district.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Aufgaben

• Provide responsive and professional customer service with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, commissioning, and replacement modifications as needed or requested by customers
• Maintain building automation systems by inspecting trend logs, reports, schedules, applications, hardware, and programming
• Provide controls technical support to HVAC technicians
• Train and mentor less experienced technicians
• Create and/or implement programming and graphics for new installations and retrofit projects
• Commission controls installations and verify that control sequences meet scope, design, or specifications
• Record and report billing, inventory, timecards, technician tip reports, and other articles as required and in a timely manner
• Interact and train customers by offering status reports of service before, during, and after each call and explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ensure standards, policies, procedures, and maintenance of a clean work area are always upheld
• Factory Certified Training, Online Training Courses, or other professional on the job training in the Building Automation and HVAC Industry
