Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of programming experience; 5 years preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC controls.
• Experience with DDC programming and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to distinguish HVAC equipment, computer, controller, and control-system issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and program new Direct Digital Control (DDC) projects.
• Program, monitor, install, and support Building Automation Systems (BAS), including HVAC and integrated systems.
• Develop and maintain graphical web interfaces for system monitoring and diagnostics.
• Review project requirements and construction documents to support system implementation.
• Troubleshoot HVAC control systems, computers, controllers, and related equipment.
• Identify and differentiate between HVAC, software, communication, and controller issues.
• Perform system testing, startup, and commissioning.
• Verify system functionality and integration before project completion.
