• 2+ years in low voltage building systems or 5 years in programming, installation and maintenance of building infrastructure in a commercial facility.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service calls for preventive and corrective maintenance on building controls systems.
• Demonstrates use of multiple electronic applications and networks supporting Facilities Operations and Maintenance.
• Performs proactive analysis of building systems and maintains service continuity.
• Designs and creates sequence of operation for building systems and assists with startup and commissioning.
