Qualifications

• One (1) year of either building construction inspection work experience or supervisory work over a crew in the construction industry involving plans/specifications interpretation and quality inspection.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and measure construction materials used; check methods and formwork and equipment for compliance with specifications.
• Accept or reject concrete forms, equipment, and materials based on approved plans and specifications.
• Keep detailed records of work and materials; prepare and submit routine inspection reports and monthly progress reports.
