Qualifications

• Two (2) YEARS of Journey level experience in the building construction trades.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and sketches.
• Valid driver's license at time of appointment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and 70 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and measure construction materials and methods.
• Inspect the erection of false work and concrete forms; accept or reject forms, equipment, and materials based on specs.
• Keep detailed records and prepare routine inspection reports; prepare monthly progress reports.
