Planned Companies in New Brunswick, NJ is seeking friendly Front Desk Associates and Doormen to welcome tenants, guests and vendors and to ensure a safe, well-presented lobby experience. This evening shift role (Mon-Fri, 3pm–11pm) offers hands-on guest services, event support, mail handling, and coordination of local recommendations, with growth opportunities in a service-focused environment.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, building relationships with tenants, scheduling

Qualifications

3+ years of customer service experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Basic computer skills.
Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
Polite, friendly, and able to multitask with good time-management.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide personalized experiences based on their needs.
Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues.
Plan and organize on-site events.
Provide direction and referrals to local services and attractions.
Document, secure and track mail, deliveries and vendor services.
Answer telephones, monitor lobby, and manage keys and access cards.
