Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide directions to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop relationships with tenants to offer personalized experiences.
• Schedule reservations at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide referrals for local entertainment, dining, and services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
• Answer phones and manage lobby access and keys.
