Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in building or electrical trades, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to conduct code enforcement inspections and interpret plans.
• Familiarity with city zoning, building codes, and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Pass or fail building permits on inspection.
• Examine plans, schedule inspections, and coordinate with City departments.
• Inspect construction in progress or final inspection for code compliance.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on projects inspected.
