Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in code compliance inspection or plan review.
• ICC certification (B2, M2, P2, E2, Fire Inspector I/II) required.
• Valid driver’s license if driving for ECS subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Perform third party building inspections across disciplines.
• Prepare and submit daily time and inspection reports.
• Demonstrate knowledge of state/local building code regulations.
• Manage code compliance projects, including plan reviews, meetings, and budgeting.
• Mentor and train junior inspectors.
• Support marketing and client development efforts related to code inspections.
