Job description

BAS TECHNICIANS NEEDED!! (TOP TEN PLACES TO WORK IN REGION)

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum 3 to 5 years of HVAC BAS systems
2. Vocational or Associate Degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, or similar field preferred.
3. Knowledge of low voltage power, communication, and network wiring practices
4. Knowledge of the following systems is preferred:
1. Niagara AX and Sedona Platforms
2. American Auto-Matrix PUP protocols
3. Knowledge of Honeywell Spyder product line
4. BACnet, LON, and Modbus protocols
5. Additional knowledge of the following systems is a plus:
1. Johnson Controls N2 protocol
2. Knowledge of other proprietary systems in combination with Niagara AX is also useful.
6. Training will be available upon hire for existing product line after successful completion of 90 day review period.
7. Ability to safely climb ladders, work within confined spaces, lift heavy objects and perform other physically demanding tasks.
8. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
