Job summary

Veregy is seeking a Manager, Business Development - Technology in Dallas to accelerate our technology and building automation sales. You will support regional teams, identify prospects, and help build an external pipeline through partners.

You will lead a small team of developers/estimators and coordinate with owners and internal stakeholders to scope solutions and cost estimates, traveling up to 50% to meet clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales teams with pre-sales positioning.
• Identify prospective customers and propose high value solutions with regional teams.
• Track and document opportunities as they progress through a sales funnel.
• Participate in owner facing sales meetings.
• Develop external partnerships to create an owner direct sales pipeline for building automation and technology solutions.
• Oversee a team of project developers and estimators for technical scoping and cost estimates.
