Job summary

Lee Mechanical is seeking a BAS Assistant Project Manager to support planning and execution of building automation and temperature-control projects at primarily onsite Southeast Wisconsin data center sites.

You will work with project leadership, engineering, field technicians, vendors and customers while developing toward broader project-management responsibilities in a dynamic BAS/MEPF environment.

Qualifications

• Construction/project coordination experience or relevant education.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Ability to read construction drawings/specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work regularly onsite.

Responsibilities

• Support BAS project planning and execution.
• Coordinate project schedules and field activities.
• Review drawings, specifications and controls sequences.
• Coordinate material procurement and deliveries.
• Track equipment and project documentation.
• Prepare and track RFIs and submittals.
• Assist with change-order documentation.
• Track budgets, costs and labor.

• Attend project meetings.
