Rosso Recruiting in Denver seeks a Building Automation Systems Project Manager to lead complex BAS projects in commercial and industrial settings. You’ll oversee design, installation, calibration, and commissioning, coordinating engineers, technicians, and vendors to deliver on time and budget.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of HVAC/BAS experience, strong project management and leadership, and familiarity with Niagara. A valid driver’s license and excellent communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of multiple BAS projects, ensuring they’re completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Supervise engineers, installers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, maintaining clear communication and accountability.
• Conduct job walks and pre-bid reviews alongside the sales team to ensure accurate estimates and project coverage.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, manpower plans, and financial forecasts.
• Identify, pursue, and document change orders as needed to maintain project profitability.
• Track progress, quality, and safety compliance through regular site visits and team meetings.
• Mentor and develop controls technicians and installers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Lead project turnover meetings, review documentation, and manage closeout requirements.
