Our Service Specialists perform tasks on automation systems, including service agreement maintenance, projects, and on-call services. They respond to emergency calls and perform repairs to ensure efficient building operations. Your expertise will help clients save energy and money, contributing to a sustainable future.

Key responsibilities

1. Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies.
2. Collaborate with internal teams and support customer needs.
3. Follow safety and procedural policies, maintain tools and equipment.
4. Respond to service calls, perform repairs, and document services accurately.
5. Provide customer training and identify system upgrade opportunities.
6. Participate in job site walks and develop strong customer relationships.
7. Work overtime and rotational on-call as needed.
8. Utilize Siemens technology to manage repairs and deadlines.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Electro-mechanical experience and PC/software skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and diagnostics of building automation or HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of protocols like BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP.
• Ability to work in various physical conditions and use tools and equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and legal work authorization in the US.

Preferred:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of building automation systems, PLCs, HVAC, electrical concepts.
• Engineering or programming background.

Benefits and compensation

Competitive salary range of $60,620 - $103,920, with comprehensive health and wellness benefits. Actual salary depends on experience, location, and other factors.
