Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Service Support Coordinator to help the local field service team deliver seamless building automation support and fleet coordination.

You will work across billing, procurement, onboarding, safety training, and customer communications, reporting to the Senior Field Service Supervisor in Morris Plains, NJ. This role emphasizes strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, and proactive service delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an Administrative or Customer Service role handling multiple duties.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service skills with direct client interaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle, phones, uniforms and training materials with technicians.
• Assist Field Service Supervisor with billing-related coordination.
• Order supplies, tools and equipment for technicians as needed.
• Coordinate safety and mandatory training for technicians.
• Handle all phone communications with clients, suppliers and technicians.
• Ensure onboarding and offboarding administrative steps are completed.
• Support fleet management including reporting and vehicle disposition.
• Maintain licenses and documentation with the central team.
• Assist customers with purchase orders, invoice disputes and online portals.
