Job summary

Building Control Integrators, LLC (BCI) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in the Pittsburgh area. You will lead the project team, manage budgets, and ensure safety standards are met while coordinating with customers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related project management experience including project budgeting, proposal review, design/value engineering, and project accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• A solid resume with a history of long tenures and a steady employment history.
• HVAC, DDC systems, equipment, and installation process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project team, with authority to run the project day-to-day.
• Foster customer relationships and collaborate with internal and external groups to meet client needs.
• Communicate with external and internal teams and subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality.
• Conduct turnover meetings to transfer information from estimating to execution.
• Plan pre-construction, scope tasks, develop schedules, and coordinate with foremen to resolve construction problems.
• Attend project and coordination meetings; procure materials and coordinate tradesmen to maximize profitability.
• Establish labor, material, and subcontractor costs; monitor costs and productivity.
• Ensure timely billings and material procurement; provide estimates for change orders.
• Proactively identify improvements based on project needs.
