Solutions Staffing is seeking a Project Manager with Building Automation Controls experience to lead large commercial/industrial BAS projects in PA and NJ. The role offers work-from-home flexibility with on-site field visits as needed, and opportunities to grow professionally and financially.

The ideal candidate has 4–5+ years of BAS/HVAC controls experience, excellent organization, and strong communication skills.

Stable and growing family owned contractor has an immediate need for a Project Manager with Building Automation Controls experience. Company has a great culture and will provide you with room to grow professionally and financially.

This position will allow you to work from home unless you are out in the field visiting clients and job sites.

We are looking for someone with 4-5+ years of Building Automation / HVAC Controls experience to manage large commercial/industrial projects in PA and occasionally Southern, NJ.

We are looking for someone that is personal and possesses excellent organization and communication skills. Must be able to multitask and work effectively both individually and as a team. Job requirements will include budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, client communication, and overseeing contractors.
