LONG Building Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager - Building Automation in Colorado Springs. You will guide projects from planning through execution, coordinating with managers and engineering teams to meet deadlines and customer specs. Strong knowledge of HVAC and building automation is essential.

The role requires managing submittals, schedules, costs, and staffing, with travel to job sites as needed. A construction mgmt background is preferred.

Qualifications

4 years of construction management degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Possess knowledge of HVAC/building automation and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee lifecycle of Building Automation/Temperature Controls projects.
Coordinate planning, design, procurement, and workforce allocation.
Monitor costs, schedules, and contract documentation.
Schedule, travel to job sites as needed.
