Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of customized industrial automation and special-purpose machinery. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while interfacing with global engineering teams and customers.

The role involves on-site leadership of international teams, risk management, and delivering projects from concept through commissioning for major automotive, electronics, and consumer goods sectors.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
• Experience: 5+ years in project management within industrial automation or production equipment.
• Language: Business-level English.
• Travel: Domestic and international travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional international teams across Mechanical, Electrical, and Software domains.
• Own budget, schedule, scope, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the project as General Contractor from sourcing to delivery in the US.
