Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical) or related field.
• Experience with basic programming concepts.
• Exposure to electronics and basic electrical circuits.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system performance at campus level with accurate documentation.
• Provide analysis of building control and mechanical performance at multiple levels.
• Develop project-specific programming solutions to optimize building efficiency.
• Create front-ends for end-users to interface with systems.
• Interface with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members.
• Program DDC and PLC systems to meet project specs.
• Track project financials through monthly audits and end-of-project reviews.
• Contribute to company-wide standards and continuous improvement.
