Job summary

Siemens invites motivated undergraduates to join the Building Automation Project Management Internship in the Dallas area. You will rotate through multiple departments, focusing on smart buildings and sustainable infrastructure, with a heavy emphasis on project management activities.

Expect hands-on learning, shadowing project managers, and exposure to core segments like HVAC and energy systems. You will gain practical experience in scheduling, procurement, cost reviews, and contractor

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate rising junior.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, and project documents to establish a project delivery plan.
• Develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinate needs with the project team.
• Manage procurement of supplies and materials to complete projects.
• Participate in project cost reviews.
• Track labor resources and project progress.
• Pursue project-specific change-order opportunities.
• Complete project-specific close-out documentation.
• Rotate through other departments to learn branch operations.
