Job summary

Siemens Mobility in the Dallas area invites undergraduates to join its Summer 2027 Building Automation Project Management Internship. You will rotate across departments focused on smart buildings and sustainable infrastructure, with 40 hours per week for 10 weeks, starting May to August 2027.

The program develops hands-on project management, scheduling, procurement, and cost review skills while shadowing experienced project managers, with opportunities to learn sales and service aspects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate at a 4-year US college.
• Pursuing a degree in construction, engineering, CS, or energy/build environment.
• Able to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks (May-July or June-Aug 2027).
• No relocation or housing stipend provided.
• Located within 50 miles of the Plano/Dallas office with reliable transportation.
• Visa sponsorship not available (F1/J1/M1/H1B/OPT/CPT not supported).

Responsibilities

• Review project specs and create a project delivery plan.
• Develop and maintain a project schedule with the team.
• Procure supplies and material for projects.
• Participate in project cost reviews.
• Track labor and project progress; manage change orders.
• Rotate through departments to learn branch operations.
• Support PMs and Associate PMs in daily tasks.
