Job summary

ModernControls is looking for a dedicated Building Automation System Estimator in Delaware. The role includes generating and managing cost estimates, conducting project evaluations, and collaborating with teams to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Controls/HVAC systems, be able to manage multiple tasks, and hold a relevant degree. This position is critical in supporting project bids and ensuring accurate project pricing.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
• Must be able to analyze project needs based on specifications.
• Understanding of layout, design, fabrication, and installation of systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate invitations to bid and specifications.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits.
• Create detailed cost estimates and quantity takeoffs.
