Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Experience in supervisory or lead roles desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a facilities systems management program for electrical, mechanical, life, and safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Inspect systems to verify operation meets design/specs and client expectations.
• Oversee work by outside contractors, including scheduling, scope, and inspections.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate appropriate response.
• Review work orders, estimate time/resources, and order materials as needed.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance; document records accordingly.
• Complete required training and participate in related safety programs.
• Report hazards and stop work if required; apply standard principles to complex tasks.
• Coach others and share knowledge; support CBRE RISE values.
