Job summary

You will read proposals for Energy Management Control Systems and Building Automation Systems and translate requirements into practical on-site installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and willingness to learn wiring and controls concepts.
• Ability to read and interpret proposals for EMCS/BAS.
• Basic math and measuring skills; ability to use hand tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret proposals for EMCS or BAS.
• Install low voltage wiring, conduit, controllers, and sensors for control systems.
• Read construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Request and manage materials and equipment for assigned project.
• Ensure adherence to specs and codes.
• Assist with HVAC equipment startups and troubleshooting.
• Test systems after installation for quality and readiness.
