Job summary

Qualifications

Requires knowledge of building automation, electrical systems, plumbing, pressurization and fire protection devices.
Familiarity with fire protection and security systems in healthcare or institutional settings.
Knowledge of energy management and pneumatic transport systems.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics and diagrams.
Knowledge of OSHA, Joint Commission codes and regulations.
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Operates and performs preventative maintenance on building automation systems.
Develops programs to enhance building automation systems.
Troubleshoots controls, field sensing devices, Direct Digital Control controllers and Field Processing Unit panels.
Provides field support when needed.
