Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduled and non-scheduled preventive maintenance and responds to dispatched maintenance calls.
• Maintains, repairs and inspects building systems and equipment in accordance with code and regulatory requirements.
• Trains colleagues on various skills and tasks and provides leadership to the team.
