• Troubleshoot/repair secondary utility systems of buildings (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, air systems).
• Maintain, repair and inspect specialized machinery and equipment per code and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate functions with other services and departments; mentor colleagues and provide leadership.
