HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. in Phoenix is hiring a Builder Termite Technician (Maintenance) to diagnose pest issues for homeowners and provide preventive solutions. You’ll work with a friendly team, present a professional appearance, and complete accurate service tickets.

No experience required—training is provided. Earn $20–$22 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and tuition/ scholarship programs).

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners daily.
• Present a professional appearance including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
• Obtain termite technician credentials.
• Attend company provided pest & termite control training classes regularly.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Complete home drawings of treatment area and provide to office staff.
• Keep customers informed about the service.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Perform chemical pretreats on construction sites prior to foundation pours and final grade treatments following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day

• Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials
• Keep your knowledge sharp by attending company provided pest & termite control training classes regularly
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
• Complete home drawings of treatment area and provide to office staff
• Keep customers informed about the service
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently

Perform chemical pretreats to lots prior to a foundation pour, and final grade treatments to newly built homes that have yet to be occupied. They are typically on construction sites and must be aware of all safety protocols.
